Brian Wang

Brian Wang has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brian started their career at Impro Precision Industries Limited in 2019 as the plant president, overseeing operations and expanding their responsibilities to cover multiple plants. Brian then became the Managing Director, focusing on group commercial activities in Asia and Europe, with a specialization in high precision and mission-critical casting and machining components. In 2021, they expanded their role to include operations responsibility for the company's investment plants in China and Mexico.

Prior to their time at Impro Precision Industries, Brian worked at 3M, where they held several positions. Brian served as the Head of Sales Excellence, responsible for sales talent development and leadership programs. Brian also worked as the Country General Manager for the Automotive & Aerospace division. Earlier in their career at 3M, Brian held roles such as Global Key Account Director and National Sales Manager, where they focused on strategic planning and business development.

Before joining 3M, Brian worked at Shanghai Volkswagen, where they held positions as a regional market strategy specialist and assistant to the Germany Division Manager, overseeing various aspects of sales planning, market analysis, and project management.

Brian Wang earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical & Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1996 to 2000. Brian then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Industrial and Foreign Trade from the same university from 1998 to 2000. Brian later obtained a Master's degree in Automotive Electronic Technology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2000 to 2003.
