David Barker is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of People at Improbable, David has previously held prominent positions such as Chief People Officer at Paddle, Director of People at Riot Games, and Chief HR & Talent Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi. David also contributed as HR Lead for Xbox and Microsoft Studios at Microsoft. Educationally, David Barker studied Foundation Engineering at Portsmouth University and earned A levels in Psychology at Nailsea School.
