Mark Shepherd has extensive work experience in the legal industry. Mark started their career as a Trainee Solicitor at Baker & McKenzie in 2004 and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2017, they held various roles at Olswang, including Associate, Senior Associate, and Consultant. In 2017, they founded CompareThatCruise.com and also worked as a Partner and Consultant at Purewal & Partners. In 2018, they became the Chief Legal Officer at Improbable.

Mark Shepherd completed their A-levels in Maths, Economics, History, and Politics at Brighton College from 1994 to 1999. Mark then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2002.
