Michael Spooner

Michael Spooner has a solid work experience in the legal field, with their most recent position being the VP - Legal at Improbable since June 2022. In this role, they have led the legal aspects of corporate M&A activities, fundraising, and managed a team of lawyers and paralegals. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Director at Improbable from September 2018 to June 2022. Before joining Improbable, they held various roles at companies like King, Olswang, Vodafone Global Enterprise, BBC Worldwide, and Microsoft, where they gained experience in areas such as commercial counsel, media and technology lawyer, and legal and business affairs.

Michael Spooner completed their GCSEs and A-Levels at Reading School from 1990 to 1997. Michael then attended the University of London from 1998 to 2001, earning a degree in English Literature. Michael later pursued higher education at the College of Law, York from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law. Splendidly, Michael completed their education at the College of Law, Guildford from 2003 to 2004, completing a Legal Practice Course.
