Neil Marrison

Neil Marrison has a diverse work experience spanning several well-known companies. Neil started their career at LCH.Clearnet Limited as a Senior Developer and Team Lead from 1998 to 2001. Neil then moved on to Credit Suisse, where they served as a Vice President and Senior Developer/Technical Lead from 2002 to 2004. Neil then joined Lehman Brothers as a Vice President, Manager, and Technical Team Lead from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they transitioned to Nomura, where they held the role of Executive Director and IT Development Head for the Asset Backed Securities desk. At Nomura, they managed and led a technology team from 2009 to 2020. Currently, Neil is working at Improbable as a Senior Engineer/Technical Lead, focusing on designing and implementing components for integrating third-party training products with the company's synthetic environment.

Neil Marrison received a Ph.D. in Control Engineering - Diagnostics from the University of Glasgow, with academic years spanning from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the same university, achieving a B.Eng Hons II.i in Mechanical Engineering between 1984 and 1988.
