Rosie Jefferson

Rosie Jefferson has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rosie is currently employed at Improbable as a Lead People Partner starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior People Partner from March 2022 to April 2023, and as a People Partner from March 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Improbable, Rosie worked at Jellyfish as an HR Manager from October 2019 to March 2021 and as a Senior Human Resources Advisor from March 2019 to October 2019. Rosie also gained experience at SEGA Europe as an HR Advisor from April 2018 to March 2019 and as an HR Assistant from November 2015 to March 2018. Rosie's earliest role was at Alan Day Volkswagen, where they worked as a Group HR Coordinator from March 2015 to November 2015.

Rosie Jefferson holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management with CIPD from the University of Birmingham, which they received in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Criminology and Sociology from the University of York, which they completed in 2013. In addition, Rosie has obtained a Level 7 certification from CIPD.
