Nermin Hrnjica

Nermin Hrnjica has a wealth of experience in the data and analytics field. Nermin began their career in 2005 as a Graphic Designer and Tech Support for Apoteke Sarajevo. In 2007, they began freelancing as a Web Designer. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Network and System Administrator for the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Central Election Commission in BiH, and UNDP - United Nations Development Program in BiH. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Business Data Analyst for Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d. and as a Senior Market Analyst for Krka. In 2017, they also worked as an IT Senior Expert Officer for Addiko Bank Bosna i Hercegovina. Currently, they are a Senior Market Analyst for Improvado, where they are responsible for interacting with customers, executing data transformations, building dashboards, and creating ETL/ELT pipelines.

Nermin Hrnjica holds an Associate's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Sarajevo. Nermin has also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Security+ (2012), ITIL - IT Infrastructure Library v3 2011 (2012), CCNA (2012), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 7 (2012), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2008 (2012), Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7 (2011), MCITP: Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008 (2011), and MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician on Windows Vista (2008).
