Guillermo Prats is a seasoned business consultant with extensive experience in strategic and operational challenges across various sectors. As a partner at GuiA since May 2022, Guillermo leads initiatives leveraging artificial intelligence for operational management to enhance profitability. Simultaneously, Guillermo has been a partner at Improven since January 2007, focusing on corporate strategy, supply chain management, organizational improvement, and sales enhancement, contributing to a notable average improvement of 4 points in client results over ten years and more than fifty clients. Previous roles include project management and senior consultancy, specializing in implementing business improvement plans, as well as early career positions in project management and commercial technical support.
