Liselotte Lenstra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 1993, they started their career at Kelly Services, where they worked as an Intercedente and later became a Vestigingsmanager and Trainer. After that, they joined Content as a Key Accountmanager, where they were responsible for managing and expanding contracts with major banks and insurance companies. Liselotte also worked as a Regionaal Accountmanager, Interim Vestigingsmanager, and Corporate Accountmanager at Content. Liselotte then moved on to Luba, where they served as a Business Development Manager. Following their time at Luba, Liselotte worked at Conclusion Implementation as a Commercieel Manager, specializing in implementing change processes in organizations. Liselotte later founded Lots of Sales, a sales training and coaching company, where they focused on optimizing sales performance and maximizing customer potential. Currently, Liselotte holds the role of Director Sales at IMPROVEN.
Liselotte Lenstra completed the Hoger Management Programma at Business School Nederland in 2008. In 1996, they also completed the Branche Opleiding Management at Artra Branche Opleiding Management. Additionally, in 1995, they finished the Basis Opleiding Management at Artra Basis Opleiding Management. In 1993, Liselotte completed the Artra Basis Opleiding Uitzendmedewerker.
