Carlos Pinedo Berumen

Carlos Pinedo Berumen has worked as a Senior Software Test Engineer at Improving since March 2016. Before that, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at DW Software for a month in 2016. From 2015 to 2016, they were a QA and Software Tester at INTRO Software. Carlos started their career as a Jr Software Tester at Medisist from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a Cajero/Vendedor at Roberto Correa S.A de C.V from 2010 to 2012.

Carlos Pinedo Berumen attended the Instituto Tecnológico Superior de Jerez from 2008 to 2013, where they pursued a degree in Computer Systems Engineering with a focus on Computer Software Engineering and e-commerce. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2008, they studied at the Centro de Estudios Tecnológicos industrial y de servicios 114, where they obtained a degree as a Technician in Computation, specializing in Physics and Mathematics.

In terms of certifications, Carlos obtained the following qualifications: Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) from the ASTQB - ISTQB in the U.S. - Official Page in March 2023, Certified Tester Foundation Level - Agile Tester (CTFL-AT) from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in July 2017, and Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) also from the ISTQB in February 2017. Additionally, they obtained the TOEIC (Test Of English for International Communication) certification from ETS (Educational Testing Service) in April 2013.
