Estefania Romo Castorena

Estefania Romo Castorena has a diverse work experience with a focus on talent attraction and recruitment. Estefania started their career in 2011 as a Recruitment and Selection Lead at SIA-Automation S de RL MI de CV, where they worked until 2013. In 2015, they joined Trucka as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, and then moved on to Cartograf in 2016, where they served as the Recruitment and Selection Lead. From 2017 to 2021, Estefania worked at Grupo Modelo as a People and Management Assessor. Estefania is currently working at Improving as a Talent Attraction professional since June 2021.

Estefania Romo Castorena completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at Universidad La Concordia. Estefania obtained a Licenciatura degree in Psicología during this period.
