Rachel Dunn

Rachel Taylor is a Senior Consultant at Improving, where responsibilities include building a custom ERP system for the food distribution industry and serving as the scrum master for a multi-disciplinary team. Previously, Rachel worked at National Oilwell Varco from June 2013 to September 2020 in various roles, including Business Analyst Manager and Senior Business Analyst, leading organizational manufacturing and logistics solutions. Rachel's earlier experience includes business analysis and application development at Walmart, Insuresoft, Lowe’s, and Alagasco, along with customer service roles at Hudson-Poole Fine Jewelers and Kinnucan’s Enterprises. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
