Stephen E.

Before that, Stephen held the position of Director of Information Technology at Remedial Construction Services, L.P. (RECON) for 14 years from April 2004 to April 2018, where they successfully managed IT requirements and developed software and automation for company operations. Their career began as a Software Developer at Nortel Networks in 1995, where they worked for over 9 years, holding various positions including software developer, software development manager, and project manager. Prior to Nortel Networks, Stephen started their career as an Electrical Engineer at Frontier Electronic Systems Corporation from March 1993 to September 1995.

Stephen E. obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Texas Tech University between the years 1988 and 1991. Stephen then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oklahoma State University from 1990 to 1992.
