Victoria Ochoa Landeros has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victoria began their career as a Clinical Psychologist, working independently and also with organizations such as Instituto Aguascalentense de la Juventud. In 2013, they transitioned into the field of recruitment, specializing in IT profiles. Victoria worked as a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist at IT Seekers, where they managed the full recruitment cycle for national and international clients. Victoria then moved on to Servicios Integrales de Call Center, where they served as a Recruitment Manager, handling massive recruitment and human resources responsibilities. In 2015, they joined Universidad del Centro de Mexico and Universidad del Valle de México as a Teacher. Victoria Ochoa Landeros earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from ILEF, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. Victoria then pursued further education at the Centro de Psicoterapia de Premisas Enrique Caballero, where they obtained a major in Psicoterapia de Premisas from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Victoria has obtained multiple certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge.
