Bryan deSilva has over 30 years of experience in workforce management software implementation. Bryan began their career in 1988 as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for Improvizations, a firm specializing in the full suite of UKG and ADP products. Bryan also served as the Owner and Ensemble/HR-1 Developer, working with clients such as THUMS Long Beach, Callaway Golf, and Technicolor. In 2018, they joined Land O'Lakes, Inc. as the eTime Upgrade Change Enablement Manager and SME. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Kronos Business Analyst and Project Manager for Diamond Foods, Inc. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Kronos Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, and Project Manager for New Seasons Market. Bryan also worked as the Sr. Project Guide for the Kronos Implementation at UC Berkeley from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they were the Kronos HRPR Implementation PM for SandRidge Energy from 2010 to 2011 and the Kronos Project Manager for PetSmart from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they worked as the ADP eTime v6.0 Implementation Project Manager for SolarWorld and the ADP eTime Implementation Auditor for SolarWorld USA. Lastly, they were the Kronos Workforce Central v5.2 Upgrade Project Manager for FreshDirect from 2008 to 2011.
Bryan deSilva's education history includes attending the University of Northern Colorado from 1997 to 1999, where they studied Music Theatre, and San Francisco State University from 1975 to 1977, where they studied Music, Biology, Italian, and General Studies. Bryan also has additional certifications, including Become a Project Coordinator from LinkedIn in October 2021, Learning PowerShell from LinkedIn in February 2020, Workforce Central Accruals, Leave, V8 New Features, Integration Manager, Record Manager, Timekeeper, and Mobile from Kronos in 2016 and 2015, and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer from ISSA in April 2021.
