Justin Mealer

Justin Mealer has over 10 years of work experience in the IT field. In 2010, they began their career as a Tech Support Intern at Weakley County Schools, providing basic technical support to teachers and students. In 2015, they became an Information Technology Consultant at The Mobile PC Guys, providing general IT services for SOHO break/fix customers. In 2016, they were hired as a Help Desk Team Lead at Lanco Group of Companies, where they provided L3 technical support, created helpdesk policies and procedures, setup ITAM system, and worked with the business to determine SLAs and ensure they were met. In 2018, they returned to The Mobile PC Guys as a System Administrator, designing and deploying SDWAN solutions for healthcare clinic systems, designing and deploying terminal server environments, managing Active Directory user, computers, and groups, network upgrades, managing and troubleshooting EHR software, and deploying and managing file servers. In 2019, they were hired at Velocity Risk as an IT Manager, Infrastructure Administrator, and Desktop Support Engineer. In the same year, they also began working at Atos as a Desktop Support III. In 2020, they became Co-Owner at GMF Development. In 2021, they were hired as Head of Digital Strategy at Reticent Technology Group. Currently, they are an IT Manager at Impulse Space Propulsion.

Justin Mealer received their Network Systems degree from the Tennessee College of Applied Technologies @McKenzie in 2016. Justin also holds certifications from LinkedIn, C-Tech, Leviton, Microsoft and CompTIA, which they obtained between 2014 and 2020.
