Maurizio d'Amato is an accomplished academic and expert in property valuation and investment, currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Technical University Politecnico di Bari since June 1999. In addition to teaching real estate appraisal to Building and Architectural Engineering students, Maurizio d'Amato is actively involved in examining candidates for the ISO 17024 Certification Scheme for Italian Property Valuers at IMQ since October 2015 and instructs an online course in Property Valuation at Università Telematica Internazionale Uninettuno. Holding a PhD in Valuation Methods in Architecture and Planning from University Federico II Naples, Maurizio d'Amato has also contributed significantly to the SAA School of Business Administration in Turin as a Professor in Real Estate Appraisal since January 2009. Previous roles include serving as a Technical Expert for ISO 17020 and gaining experience in the real estate finance sector at Banco di Roma and Micos Banca Spa.
