Founded in 1985, Infrastructure Management Services (IMS) is the premier pavement and asset management company for municipal agencies in the United States. Our technical team has grown significantly over the past 5 years, and we have expanded operations across North America. IMS deploys state-of-the-art pavement testing and asset data collection equipment to collect objective and repeatable data and perform various consulting services for agencies of all sizes. We assess the functional performance and structural capacity of roads, and we collect inventory and condition data for right-of-way assets, such as street signs, streetlights, and sidewalks.
