With a PhD in Civil Engineering - Transportation Engineering, a Master's degree in Civil Engineering - Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Structural and Geotechnical Engineering, Kurt's expertise and experience make him a valuable asset in the industry.
