Gerard Quinn is the Head of Technical Support & Customer Service at IMS - Integrated Media Solutions. Gerard has over 20 years of experience in the media and broadcast industry, working with companies such as BT and NBCUniversal Media, LLC.

Gerard started their career at BT in October 2019 as Senior Network Design Manager, Media & Broadcast Networks. In this role, they led BT Media & Broadcast's Network Design team, which designs network solutions for customers on BT's UK Media Network and Global Media Network.

In April 2019, Gerard joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as Programme Manager for NBC Universal International. In this role, they were responsible for programme management of IMO’s strategic initiatives across NBCU’s International broadcast workflow and the implementation of new business opportunities and/or benefits led changes to existing services into International Media Operations and the wider international business.

Gerard Quinn's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Film & Broadcasting from Trinity College Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Communications from the Technological University Dublin.
