Moussa CISSE is currently a PhD student at IMS Laboratory, focusing on on-wafer RF characterization of InP DHBTs since October 2024. Prior to this role, Moussa gained experience in RF/mmW analog IC design at NXP Semiconductors from March to August 2024 and contributed to advanced silicon IP library design at XLIM between November 2023 and February 2024. Additionally, Moussa worked on the design of a high-efficiency 2.4 GHz oscillator at Instituto Federal da Paraíba from May to July 2023. Academically, Moussa holds a Master's degree in High Frequency Electronics from Université de Limoges (2022-2024) and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from University of Bejaia (2018-2021).
