Gemma Bunting is the global head of customer success for Omdia, a market research firm. Gemma has over fifteen years of experience in customer service and management.
Gemma began their career as a research analyst for Informa Telecoms and Media. Gemma quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the customer experience manager and then the client support manager. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring that all of Informa's clients had a positive experience with the company's products.
After six years at Informa, Gemma moved to Ovum, another market research firm. Gemma spent five years there, first as the head of customer success and then as the head of client services and experience. In this role, they managed customer experience across Ovum's premium product services.
In 2019, Gemma joined Omdia as the global head of customer success. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring that all of Omdia's clients have a positive experience with the company's products.
Gemma Bunting attended Durham University from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Russian with Central and Eastern European studies. Gemma focused on Russian and CEE languages.
