Navya Etikala has extensive work experience in data management, integration, and architecture roles. Navya currently serves as the Director of Data Management and Integrations at IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions since April 2019. Prior to this, Navya worked at True Value Company as an Enterprise Data Architect from November 2013 to April 2019. Navya also held the position of Data Architect at Sears Holdings Corporation from 2011 to 2013. Navya has further experience as a Sr. Data Analyst & Database Developer at Freddie Mac, VA from October 2009 to March 2011, Database Developer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas from August 2008 to September 2009, Data Analyst & Database Developer at Lincoln Financial Group from June 2007 to July 2008, and Contractor Data Analyst & Database Developer at Smart IMS Inc. from January 2004 to April 2007.

Navya Etikala obtained their bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Osmania University between 1998 and 2000. Navya went on to pursue their Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from Osmania University, completing it between 2000 and 2003.

In terms of additional certifications, Navya obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Platform DP-900 certification from Microsoft in September 2023. Navya also earned the Fundamentals of Generative AI certification from Google in August 2023. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance in June 2013.
