Todd Cromheecke has extensive work experience in marketing, client engagement, and business development. Todd started their career at Leo Burnett in 1989, where they worked as a Senior Vice President and Account Director until 2006. In 2007, they joined Integrated Merchandising Systems (IMS) as the Director of Business Development, responsible for engaging with Fortune 200 companies and adding them to IMS's client list. In 2012, they were promoted to Managing Director of IMS Business Development & Aggregated Sourcing, a position they held until 2014. Currently, Todd is serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Client Engagement at IMS, where they develop relationships with new client partners and manages relationships with Omnicom sister companies for new business opportunities.

Todd Cromheecke received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College, where they attended from 1985 to 1989. In 2012, they also completed the Advanced Management Program at Omnicom University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
