Ed Boeve

Ed Boeve has a diverse work experience starting from 1976 at Shell, where they held several positions until 1988. Ed then worked at Satchwell from 1984 to 1988, Johnson Controls from 1988 to 1990, and HMA Power Systems b.v. from 1990 to 1999. In 1999, they co-founded EPC Search IMSA and later joined IMSA International Executive Search in 2010 as the Managing Partner for IMSA Netherlands. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Certified Assessor at Hogan Assessment Systems.

Ed Boeve studied Maritime Mechanical Engineering at the Maritime Acadamy in Flushing, The Netherlands.
