Jurate Kubiliene is a co-founder and executive search consultant at Simple Search UAB, focusing on helping clients hire senior and niche talent since October 2020. Jurate possesses extensive experience in executive search, recruitment, and talent management, covering middle to top management positions across various industries in Lithuania. Currently a partner at IMSA Search Global Partners since July 2022, Jurate engages in retained executive search assignments across multiple continents. As a long-standing member of the Non-formal Club of HR Managers in Lithuania, Jurate collaborates with HR professionals to enhance knowledge and best practices in human resources management. Previous roles include consultancy positions at MPS Baltic and Fontes Vilnius, along with HR and marketing analyst positions at IGT and Olympic Entertainment Group. Jurate holds a degree from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
