Michael Elmer

Michael Elmer is an experienced RF engineer who has worked at IMSAR since May 2012. Michael currently leads a team of RF engineers in designing and testing front-end RF systems for synthetic aperture radars on airborne platforms. Prior to IMSAR, Michael worked as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, where Michael conducted research in phased array feed beamforming and calibration techniques for radio astronomy. Michael holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
