Mihaela Novac

Mihaela Novac has a diverse work experience starting as a Mechanical Engineer at ISPH PROJECT DEVELOPMENT in 1992. Mihaela then held various roles at Lafarge from 2002 to 2015, including Sales Representative, Sales Administration Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Key Projects Building & Concrete Director. Mihaela also worked at CRH as Aggregates & Concrete Operations & Building Project Director and at Smartech Consult as Commercial Director. Currently, they are the Director of Procurement at IMSAT S.A. since 2018.

Mihaela Novac obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București. Mihaela attended the university from 1988 to 2003.
