Lorraine Smith

Lorraine Smith is the Operations Director at IMServ. Lorraine has over 20 years of experience in Operations Management, including their previous role as Billing Performance Manager at E.ON UK, where they managed billing performance for both SME and Residential customers.

Lorraine has a proven track record in developing reporting which enables tracking of key billing activities along with monitoring the volume and value of bills issued. Lorraine also provides advise and recommendations to operational managers based on the data collated around resourcing and opportunities for process improvements which will improve the performance.

They are on a team with Louise Wheatman - Finance Director, Paul Akrill - Business Development Director, and Craig Montano - IT Director. Lorraine Smith reports to Steve Brown, Managing Director.
