Tom Minger

Tom Minger has extensive experience in IT and systems architecture, currently serving as Systems Architect III and Lead Architect at IMT Insurance since 1989. In this role, Tom Minger oversees the growth and maintenance of a Cisco and Meraki network across multiple locations and manages a virtualized environment that includes more than 10 VMware hosts and over 100 virtual machines, alongside significant storage management with NetApp and Tegile systems. Previously, Tom Minger worked as IT Manager at Commercial Plastic Packaging, where all IT functions were managed, and as IT Manager/Lead Programmer at Home Plastics, Inc., where a major transition from an NCR mini-computer system to a Windows PC network was successfully executed. Tom Minger holds an Associate's degree in Computer Programming and Accounting from AIB College of Business.
