Alan Killalea

Alan Killalea has a varied work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alan is currently the Global Head of Delivery at IMTF - Excellence in RegTech Solutions. Prior to this, they worked at FICO as the Head of Delivery - Fraud & Compliance products, EMEA, and also served as a Programme Manager - Principle Consultant Compliance tools.

Before FICO, Alan worked at Opel Vauxhall Finance as a Programme Lead Manager - AML & Suspicious Activity Monitoring Solutions, where they were responsible for implementing an anti-money laundering solution across Europe. At GM Financial, they held the position of Senior Project Manager - SharePoint 2013 Implementations, overseeing the implementation of SharePoint systems across Europe and Latin America.

Alan also worked at BMW Financial Services, Hook, as a Project Manager, and at BBC Monitoring as a Lead Business Analyst. Alan gained experience as a Business Requirements Manager at Fidelity International and as a Principal Business Analyst at RBS Insurance. Earlier in their career, they worked at Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Business Analyst and at Prudential as an e-commerce consultant.

Throughout their career, Alan has demonstrated expertise in project management, delivery, compliance, and business analysis across diverse industries.

Alan Killalea attended Salesian College from 1984 to 1989 and obtained a General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). Alan then enrolled at Farnborough College of Technology from 1989 to 1991, where they earned an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2007, Alan attended QAIQ and completed a Practitioner program in Prince 2. In 2008, they returned to QAIQ for a brief period and obtained an ISEB degree in Requiremets Engineering, Modelling Business Processes, and UML for Business Analysts.
