FengYi Yu is an experienced Staff User Experience Researcher at imToken, focused on establishing a user-insight framework within the crypto ecosystem and promoting UX maturity across teams. Previously, FengYi served as a UX Researcher at Bank of Singapore, where the role involved creating a comprehensive research framework for understanding user perspectives. At Google, extensive work was done on the Google Payment service for markets in Singapore and India, as well as focusing on the Chinese market. Additional roles as a Senior User Experience Researcher were held at Viki, Inc. and Grab, where FengYi executed various research methodologies and mentored junior members, while prior experience included positions at Acer, Compal Electronics, and project management roles at Ecowork Inc. and Taiwan Design Center. FengYi holds a Master’s degree in Experimental Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from National Chengchi University and National Chung Cheng University, respectively.
