Matthew Entwistle

Matthew Entwistle is a Cloud/Platform Engineer at IMU Biosciences since January 2024 and co-founder, Music Director, and Head of Tech at Bollypiano, a Hong Kong company specializing in online piano lessons and sheet music for South Asian pop music. Previously, Matthew served as a Software Engineer at Gther and KidsLoop Co., Ltd., where expertise in Python, Django, TypeScript, and AWS was demonstrated. Experience as a Backend Engineer at BBC focused on the BBC Sounds app, utilizing Scala, microservices, and DevOps practices. Matthew contributed to an award-winning anti-money laundering solution at HSBC, developed software using diverse technologies, and conducted biomedical imaging research at NYU Langone Medical Center. Matthew holds a B.Mus. in Physics, Music Theory & Composition from New York University and an MSc. in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Edinburgh.
