Charles D. Littleton Jr., MAS has worked in various positions in the Air Force since 1984. In 2003, they became the Squadron Lead Production Superintendent at the 355th Component Maintenance Squadron, where they led maintenance production efforts of 350 personnel in 16 specialties and 4 flights. In 2007, they were the Quality Assurance Superintendent at the 8th Maintenance Group, where they directed 21 inspectors tasked to evaluate maintenance for over 1K maintainers on F-16C/D aircraft valued at $846 million. Charles D. also served as the Quality Assurance Superintendent at the 355th Maintenance Group, where they supervised 32 inspectors in performing evaluations on over 1.5K technicians performing organizational and intermediate maintenance on A/OA-10, EC-130 and C-130 aircraft, and HH-60 helicopters. In 2008, they became the Squadron Superintendent at the 36th Electronic Warfare Squadron, where they advised Squadron Commander on personnel issues affecting 161-person military, civilian, and contractor workforce. In 2010, they were the Squadron Superintendent at the 33d Maintenance Squadron, where they led and directed personnel and maintenance efforts in 5 flights encompassing 10 Air Force specialties to support F-35 Joint Strike Fighter aircraft. In 2012, they became the Chief Enlisted Manager/Group Superintendent at the 53d Electronic Warfare Group, where they managed enlisted issues effecting 760 plus person group comprised of aviators, engineers, intelligence and support personnel. In 2015, they were the Sr. Manager, Manufacturing Maintenance and Reliability at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where they were charged with day-to-day oversight of plant’s site and reliability and compliance program. In 2020, they became the Sr. Manager, Facilities and Engineering at Penn Life Sciences/KVK Tech, Inc, where they were responsible for start-up, qualification, maintainability and improvement of building infrastructure, utility and HVAC systems as well as manufacturing process equipment. Currently, they are the Facility Management Lead (Director) at Imvax, Inc., where they are responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the site business continuity plan.
Charles D. Littleton Jr., MAS received their Master of Aeronautical Science (MAS) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2013. Charles D. also obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2007, majoring in Professional Aeronautics / Management and Aviation Safety. Prior to that, they received their Associate in Applied Science (AAS) from the Community College of the Air Force in Avionic Systems Technology.
