Olga Sudnitsin

Olga Sudnitsin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, safety, and technology leadership within the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving as the Global Safety and Digital Transformation Partner at Imvelo Pty Ltd, Olga focuses on operational readiness and fostering a culture of safety. As a member of the International Advisory Board for the International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC), Olga strengthens business relationships between Australia and Russia/CIS countries. Additional roles include mentoring STEM PhD students through the Industry Mentoring Network in STEM and leading global safety initiatives at South32 and Glencore. Olga's previous experience includes key positions at BHP, Aurecon, and Super Retail Group, coupled with advanced degrees in engineering from The University of Queensland and Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
