Neil Lui Eit

Neil Lui, EIT, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at IMW Industries Ltd., overseeing the development of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fueling systems with a focus on project charters and stakeholder collaboration. Prior experience includes roles at Ballard Power Systems, where Neil advanced from Project Engineer I to Project Engineer II, leading product engineering teams and achieving significant project milestones such as CSA re-certification and the delivery of customized MEA products. Neil's expertise also encompasses mechanical design and development from internships at Siemens and research initiatives at McGill University, complemented by leadership positions in the McGill Baja Racing team. Neil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, obtained in 2018.
