Johanna Alfaro Arias

Johanna Alfaro Arias has 10 years of work experience in the areas of talent acquisition, human resources, and recruiting. Johanna began their career in 2010 as a Senior Consultant at Search El Head Hunter, where they were responsible for head hunting and implementing massive contact center recruitments. In 2012, they took on a role as a Recruiter and Manager at Amazon, where they were in charge of establishing recruiting requirements, researching and contacting community services, and determining applicant requirements. From 2013 to 2018, they held a number of roles including Senior Consultant at Search El Head Hunter, Technical Recruiter at Prosoft Nearshore, Talent Acquisition Lead at EX2 Outcoding, Talent Acquisition Manager at EPIC Software Development, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Stateside Co. In 2018, they became the Global Talent Acquisition Lead at In All Media, where they are accountable for leading the recruiting department and the business at large in all of its recruiting functions. Johanna also serves as a member of the business’s talent leadership team. Finally, they also held a role as HR & Talent Acquisition at Wappo in 2018.

Johanna Alfaro Arias obtained a Licentiate degree in Psychology from Universidad Fidélitas between 2006 and 2007. Johanna then went on to obtain a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Universidad de Iberoamérica between 1999 and 2005. Currently, they are enrolled in a Web Developer program at Next University, which they began in 2015.
