Shilpa Koshta

Shilpa Koshta is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Capital One since June 2022, Shilpa has a rich background that includes a long tenure at IN-COM Data Systems as a Senior Software Development Engineer, where the role has spanned from May 2009 to the present, and prior experience as a Software Engineer. Earlier in the career, Shilpa worked at Cybage as a Sr. Software Developer from July 2005 to July 2008. Shilpa holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
