Jennifer (Leonovich) Cobar MBA, MSN

Jennifer (Leonovich) Cobar has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jennifer is currently serving as the Director of Operations at IN Compass Health since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Clinical Operations for Heart & Vascular at ChristianaCare from December 2019 to August 2022.

Before joining ChristianaCare, Jennifer held the position of Director of Practice Transformation & Value Based Programs at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from October 2017 to December 2019. Jennifer also worked as the Acute MI Clinical Practice Coordinator at Christiana Care Health System from March 2014 to October 2017.

Jennifer's career began at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center, where they worked as an RN-Cath Lab from July 2008 to April 2010. Jennifer then joined Lenox Hill Hospital as an RN-Cath Lab/Traveling Nurse from April 2010 to July 2010. After that, they served as an RN-Cath Lab at Mount Sinai Hospital from January 2008 to August 2011.

In 2013, Jennifer briefly worked as a Cath Lab/EP at Kaiser Permanente before joining Heartflow, Inc in September 2010 as a Field Clinical Specialist. In this role, they traveled to field sites, provided support for device questions/issues, and managed clinical research studies.

With their extensive experience in healthcare operations, clinical practice, and research, Jennifer (Leonovich) Cobar possesses a strong foundation to excel in their current role as the Director of Operations at IN Compass Health.

Jennifer (Leonovich) Cobar completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Nazareth University from 2005 to 2007. Jennifer then went on to pursue a dual degree, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Nursing (MSN) from Wilmington University from 2014 to 2016. Jennifer'sfocus during their studies included health/healthcare administration/management and executive leadership.
