Adam Lebensfeld has over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, currently serving as President of Promotions at In De Goot Entertainment since February 1999, where Adam previously held the position of Senior Vice President of Promotions. Prior to this role, Adam served as a promotions assistant at Hollywood Records from 1996 to 1999. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts and an Associate degree in Broadcasting and Creative Studies from Buffalo State University, completing the program in 1993.

In De Goot Entertainment launched in 1993 as a promotions and management company and quickly became one of the premiere leaders in both fields. Over time, the company, founded by industry veteran Bill McGathy, has evolved into a marquee management company overseeing the careers of artists running the gamut of the rock 'n roll genre. In De Goot Entertainment in recent years has expanded into the United Kingdom to establish an international presence for both the company and their roster. The company is also actively involved in the touring business with the establishment of the Carnival of Madness Tour.
