Mark R. Callegari

Mr. Callegari co-founded Innovative Software in 1979, which later merged with Informix. He teamed with Mr. Gassman to co-found Animated Lighting, a network-driven, microprocessor-controlled lighting display management system in 2002.

He also founded LightWild, a leader in LED lighting solutions; Tidestone Technologies, developer of Microsoft excel-based management reporting solutions; and Visual Components, which provided desktop software solutions for IT professionals and was purchased by Sybase.

He is currently a Director of Euronet Worldwide, a global provider of electronic payment and transaction processing solutions. Mr. Callegari also served on the board of wireless radio manufacturer Aerocomm and previously served as a Member of the Advisory Board of LaGarde Incorporated. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. He holds two United States patents (with Mr. Gassman) on the process of illuminating building facades.
