Scott Chester has worked in the IT industry since 2002. Scott co-founded CBC Technical, Inc. in 2002 and grew the company to over $3M before selling and exiting in 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Network Engineer at Trango Systems, providing Tier II technical support to customers via email, telephone, and on-site. Since 2013, they have been the CIO, Founder, and CEO of In Motion Networks Corporation, leading a small team of professionals to help Inland Empire business owners utilize technology to improve their business. Scott has developed a unique approach to managing IT that provides organizations with predictable costs and results.

Scott Chester began their education in 1996 at Fallbrook High School. Scott then attended Palomar College from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Cisco and Microsoft Academies. In 2004, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho, and then transferred to Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, where they earned a BS in Business/Accounting in 2007. In 2013, they obtained two certifications from Digium, Certified Switchvox Engineer (dCSE) v2 and Switchvox Sales Training (dCSP) v2. Scott also obtained a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification from Cisco in 2003.
