Alisha McNeal

Alisha McNeal, MSHR, is a Regional Human Resources Manager at In-N-Out Burger. Alisha leads and mentors a team of HR professionals in support of the organization's vision and strategic objectives. A graduate of Bellevue University with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Alisha has extensive experience in employee relations, engagement, performance management, and recruitment. Alisha has been with In-N-Out Burger since 2006, starting as a cook trainee and working their way up to their current role.
