Eugene Jhu

Eugene Jhu is an accomplished procurement and supply chain leader with extensive experience in various sectors, including food manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Currently serving as Director of Planning and Procurement at In-N-Out Burger since June 2022, Eugene previously held senior roles at Ventura Foods, including Vice President and Senior Director of Procurement, where strategic initiatives led to significant cost savings and enhanced procurement practices. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Beachbody, Niagara Bottling, and Watson Pharmaceuticals, showcasing a strong ability to manage complex supply chains, drive operational efficiencies, and foster stakeholder relationships. Eugene holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
