Gloriana Martinez Maldonado

Gloriana Martinez Maldonado is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at In-N-Out Burger since January 2023, Gloriana previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Foster Farms for six months. Prior to that role, Gloriana gained significant leadership experience as Store Director at Target and held multiple positions at Forever 21, including Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Assistant Manager. Beginning a career in retail, Gloriana also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Valeria's Aesthetics. Gloriana earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, graduating in 2005.
