Jill Ayuso

Jill Ayuso currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at In-N-Out Burger, starting in September 2024. Previously, Jill held the role of Total Rewards Practitioner at Human Capital Management since January 2018, where strategies were developed to enhance the employee value proposition and support business goals. Jill has also worked as the Director of Global Compensation at JLL Technologies from January 2022 to January 2023, leading global compensation initiatives. Additionally, Jill was the Senior Compensation Leader at Baylor Scott & White Health from January 2018 to January 2022, overseeing a team focused on healthcare compensation optimization. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at AccentCare, Inc., where strategic direction was established for various HR programs. Jill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an emphasis in Human Resources from Chapman University, completing the degree in January 1991.
