Brian Hellinger is a Site Reliability Engineer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Brian ensures the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of software systems and applications. Brian is also a Contributing Author at In Plain English, focusing on articles about AWS and the Cloud industry. Additionally, Brian is a Member of the Northern Ohio InfraGard Members Alliance.
