Becky began her career within the hospitality industry after graduating from university with a BA Combined honours degree in Digital Media and Marketing. She took her degree to provide impactful changes within her events roles before coming to join In Professional Development in 2019. She has since developed her role within the professional education and events industry to become In Professional Developments Bespoke Training Manager of the In-House training department. She has a wealth of experience within managing the client base and developing continual lasting relationships to provide developmental training to the clients and ensure that they at In Professional Development are delivering high quality programmes that their team members can ensure they are instilling in their workforce. Becky ensures the Bespoke team are highlighting any potential future needs analysis for clients whilst remaining as a figure in the organisation for analysing market trends and the potential to identify new products for In Professional Development to engage with.
