Michelle Rozo

Vice President Of Technology at In-Q-Tel

Michelle Rozo has a diverse work experience starting as a Research Assistant at the Center for Health Security in 2014. Michelle then moved on to roles at the Naval Medical Research Center, including Postdoctoral Fellow and Staff Scientist. Following that, they joined the United States Senate as an AAAS Science & Technology Policy Congressional Fellow. Michelle then held positions at the U.S. Department of State and the United States Department of Defense before becoming the Director for Technology and National Security at the National Security Council. Their most recent roles include Vice Chair at the National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology and Vice President of Technology at In-Q-Tel.

Michelle Rozo earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Global Health from Northwestern University. Following this, they furthered their education at The Johns Hopkins University where they received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Cell, Molecular, Developmental Biology, and Biophysics.
