Russel Ross

Russel Ross has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Russel started as an OPV researcher at Luna nanoWorks in 2006 before moving on to become a Research Scientist at System Planning Corporation in 2009. From 2012 to 2018, they worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Technologist, providing technical support to ARPA-E's advanced energy research programs. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at In-Q-Tel starting from January 2018.

Russel Ross completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics & Mathematics at the College of Charleston from 1998 to 2002. Russel then went on to earn a PhD in Physics from Georgetown University, graduating in 2009.
